The Medina County SPCA will not sell, share or trade our donors’ names or personal information with any other entity, nor send mailings to our donors on behalf of other organizations. To the extent any donations are processed through a third-party service provider, our donors’ information will only be used for purposes necessary to process the donation.

The Medina County SPCA holds a firm commitment to your privacy. We do not collect information that personally identifies you when you visit our site – such as name/address/contact numbers – unless you voluntarily choose to provide such information. This policy is a guide to how we will handle information learned about you from visiting our website.

Donor Confidentiality
Information concerning all transactions between a donor and the SPCA shall be held by the SPCA in strict confidence and may be publicly disclosed only with the permission of the donor. SPCA does not sell names or addresses of donors or volunteers to other organizations.
