The Medina County Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals, Inc., is an independent 501(c)(3) nonprofit humane society, locally governed by a volunteer board of directors.

The Board is always in the process of seeking qualified persons to serve as members. Candidates for available positions on the Board shall be reviewed and recommended by the Board Development Committee. 

The SPCA seeks individuals who represent a variety of professions to help shape and guide the future development of the organization such as:
